This is a safe space to heal, expand, and come back to yourself.

If you've been disconnected from your soul — if you're looking for a place to breathe, slow down, and feel joy again — you're in the right place.

Camila Rodriguez

Hi, I'm Camila.

After 15 years as a clinician and as a person who has lived through her own pain, I know what suffering feels like from the inside. As an adoptee, a woman of color, an immigrant, a teen mom, a survivor of domestic violence, and someone who had to learn to trust again after betrayal — I have felt excluded, judged, disconnected from my body, and far from myself.

But I also know what the other side feels like. Being connected to the body. Listening to all parts of yourself — the light and the dark — and knowing that every one of them belongs and carries wisdom. Being human is hard, and there will always be suffering. But when we are balanced and integrated, we don't stay stuck in it. We move through emotions with more grace, in deeper connection with others. Relationships become more satisfying. Life becomes more honest. I've been on both sides, and I can walk with you from one to the other.

How Azulita was born

One day I was watching a dragonfly die. I looked into her eyes and I wanted to help her — I wanted to fix it. But in that moment, something became clear: just witness. That's all we need to do. Witness ourselves and others, because life will unfold as it should. It won't always be good, but witnessing with compassion and love is what we're here to do.

And something else landed: write it all down. Everything you've learned — the parts work, the nervous system, the enneagram, the psychedelics, the sound, the breath — write it down and share it. Let people move through their bodies, express through sound, and return to nature. Don't keep it. Give it away.

I wanted to bury her in my backyard, but she wanted to fly away with the wind. The dragonfly was blue — and that is how Azulita was born. Not just as a method, but as a promise: to witness, and to share everything I've learned so others can find their own way home.

What it's like to work with me

We start by creating a container unlike any other — safe, grounded in unconditional regard, where it can all be laid out. That kind of space is rare outside of a clinical experience, but it can happen in coaching and community when held with the right intention. From there, we allow all the parts to come out and be heard — something that is almost impossible to do alone, because we need the witnessing of another person to see our parts differently.

Then we listen, we process, and we use multiple tools to understand and integrate while retraining the nervous system. I am an expert at those tools. But true transformation doesn't come from techniques alone — it comes with the holding and witnessing of a second nervous system. This is a partnership. You are the expert in you. I bring the tools and the experience. You bring yourself. We walk together.
